Everest Academy’s high school is a fully accredited and academically rigorous program designed to prepare students for college, career, and beyond. Our curriculum is rooted in a comprehensive 4-year academic plan that ensures students graduate with a strong foundation across English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, World Languages, Fine Arts, and Physical Education. Notably, all Mathematics and Social Studies courses are classified as AAC (Advanced Academic Courses), offering students enriched content and higher expectations aligned with advanced standards. Students follow structured course tracks—including advanced math sequences and science options—and are required to complete a total of 30 credit hours, which include a blend of core subjects, electives such as a unique SAT Preparatory course offered in 11th grade, and enrichment opportunities like Art, Athletics, and Dual Credit courses.
Everest Academy also proudly partners with Edmentum’s EdOptions Academy, a Cognia-accredited K–12 online school (including SACS accreditation), to provide additional flexibility and advanced learning pathways. Through this partnership, Everest offers students an optional AP program taught by certified instructors, with access to over 500 rigorous online courses, including Advanced Placement (AP), Career & Technical Education (CTE), and NCAA®-approved courses. This partnership supports both acceleration and credit recovery options and is backed by a holistic student success model.
Our Theology program is a unique, in-house initiative developed by our own scholars, offering students a four-year deep dive into Islamic studies. The program is divided into three meaningful tracks:
- Track 1: Aqeedah and Fiqh,
- Track 2: Tafseer (Qur’anic exegesis),
- Track 3: Hadeeth and Seerah (Prophetic traditions and biography).
Students may also enroll in dual credit courses via Lone Star College, earning both high school and college credits simultaneously, provided they pass the TSIA2 placement exam and meet all college enrollment requirements. Credit policies ensure students earn credit through consistent performance (minimum 70%) and attendance (90%), and recovery policies allow for make-up through approved summer school or online recovery via Edmentum.
Transcripts and diplomas are processed efficiently upon graduation, and all coursework is designed to meet national standards while supporting students’ individual college and career goals. Everest Academy’s high school program blends tradition, innovation, and flexibility—preparing students for future success while honoring the values of excellence, faith, and integrity.
